Refund Policy

Items purchased on store.themobmuseum.org may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase if the item is unused or unopened. If an item is defective, it may be returned or exchanged within 60 days of purchase. All items should be inspected by customer upon arrival to ensure they meet customer standards.

All face masks, hand sanitizers, food and beverage items and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds will be processed upon receipt of returned goods, pending approval. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs when returning or exchanging an item. Shipping is non-refundable. Items will be inspected upon arrival, and if they meet return criteria, a refund will be processed.

Whether an item has been used or shows indication of damage or wear and is therefore ineligible for a return or exchange, is subject to the sole and final discretion of The Mob Museum. If the Museum deems an item ineligible for a return or exchange, the Museum will notify the customer and allow 14 days for the customer to pay for additional shipping to have the item returned to them.

Store Pickup

All store pickup orders must be picked up within 21 days of pickup confirmation notice. All orders not picked up within 21 days will be canceled and charged a $5 restocking fee.
